Advertising

The App is free of charge and displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. There are no in-app purchases. Advertisements are never displayed during training sessions.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the App are the property of Toru Fukui. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
