By downloading or using N-Back Training ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

Description of the App

The App is a training tool that allows you to practice the N-Back task, which is widely used in cognitive psychology research. The App is not a medical device. It is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

No Guarantee of Results

The App does not guarantee any improvement in cognitive function, memory, concentration, intelligence, or any other mental ability. Results may vary and depend on individual factors.

Health Disclaimer

If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using this App. Do not use this App as a substitute for professional medical advice.

In-App Purchases

• The App offers an optional in-app purchase (ad removal) as a one-time purchase.
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Advertisements are never displayed during training sessions.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the App are the property of Toru Fukui. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

N-Back Training(以下「本アプリ」)をダウンロードまたは使用することにより、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。

本アプリの説明

本アプリは、認知心理学の研究で広く使用されるN-Backタスクを体験できるトレーニングツールです。本アプリは医療機器ではありません。 疾病の診断、治療、予防を目的としたものではありません。

効果の非保証

本アプリは、認知機能、記憶力、集中力、知能、その他の精神的能力の向上を保証するものではありません。効果には個人差があります。

健康に関する免責事項

健康上の懸念がある場合は、本アプリを使用する前に医療専門家にご相談ください。本アプリを専門的な医療アドバイスの代替として使用しないでください。

アプリ内課金

• 本アプリは、オプションのアプリ内課金(広告除去)を買い切りで提供しています。
• すべての購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理され、Appleの利用規約が適用されます。
• 返金のお問い合わせはAppleにお願いいたします。

広告

無料版の本アプリにはGoogle AdMobによる広告が表示されます。トレーニング中に広告が表示されることはありません。

知的財産権

本アプリのすべてのコンテンツ、デザイン、コードは福井透に帰属します。本アプリの複製、改変、配布、リバースエンジニアリングは禁止されています。

責任の制限

法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、開発者は本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる直接的、間接的、偶発的、または結果的な損害についても責任を負いません。

規約の変更

開発者は、本利用規約をいつでも更新する権利を有します。変更後も本アプリの使用を継続した場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。

準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
