These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Who Looks Older? ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Who Looks Older? is an entertainment app that uses on-device AI to estimate the apparent age of two people from a live camera feed. Results are generated for fun and are not intended to be accurate or relied upon for any purpose.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App provides AI-powered age estimates for entertainment purposes only. Results are not accurate and should not be interpreted as a factual determination of anyone's age. No medical, legal, or personal decisions should be based on the App's output.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., watermark removal, ad removal) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by the respective platform and are subject to their terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad personalization on iOS requires your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You may decline tracking, in which case non-personalized ads will be shown.
All content, design, code, and AI models in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

本アプリは Apple App Store または Google Play ストアを通じて任意のアプリ内課金（広告除去など）を提供する場合があります。すべての購入は各プラットフォームによって処理され、各社の規約および返金ポリシーが適用されます。当方は決済を直接処理しません。
無料版の本アプリでは Google AdMob が提供する広告を表示します。iOSにおける広告のパーソナライズにはAppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）プロンプトでの同意が必要です。トラッキングを拒否した場合、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。

適用法で許される最大限の範囲において、本アプリは「現状のまま」「利用可能な範囲で」提供され、明示的または黙示的な保証は一切ありません。当方は本アプリの使用に起因または関連する間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について一切責任を負いません。
当方は、いつでも、いかなる理由でも、通知なしにあなたの本アプリへのアクセスを停止または終了する権利を留保します。あなたは端末からアンインストールすることでいつでも本アプリの使用を停止できます。
当方は随時本規約を更新する場合があります。変更があった場合はこのページに反映され、発効日が更新されます。変更後の本アプリの継続使用は、更新された規約への同意とみなされます。
本規約は日本国の法令に準拠し、これに従って解釈されるものとします。法の抵触に関する規定は除きます。
