Who Looks Older? ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered entertainment app that estimates the apparent age of two people from a live camera feed and declares which one "looks older." It is designed purely for fun and is not intended to provide accurate age assessments.
This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. We are committed to transparency and to protecting your privacy.
All face processing happens entirely on your device. No face images, facial geometry, or biometric data are ever saved to disk, uploaded to a server, or transmitted over any network.
The App uses your device camera to:
Camera frames are processed in memory in real time and immediately discarded. The only output retained is the estimated age as a simple integer, which is held temporarily in memory for displaying results and is not persisted after you close the App.

Because no biometric identifiers or biometric information are collected, stored, or shared, the App's processing does not constitute "collection" of biometric data under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar statutes.
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. However, the following third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain information:
Google AdMob - We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data for ad serving and personalization. On iOS, ad personalization requires your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline tracking, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads only.
RevenueCat - We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases (watermark removal and ad removal). RevenueCat may process purchase receipts and anonymized transaction data.
Who Looks Older? is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to address your concern.
On iOS, the App will request your permission via Apple's ATT framework before allowing AdMob to access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The App does not persist any user data. Estimated age values are held in volatile memory only during a game session and are discarded when you leave the result screen or close the App. No data is written to local storage or remote servers by the App.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its processing. Because the App does not collect or store personal data, there is generally no data for us to provide, correct, or delete.

Since all face processing occurs on-device and no personal data is transmitted or stored by the App, the primary security measure is the architecture itself: your data never leaves your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store user data.
